Qatar, Emir of

The Emir was an occasional neighbor of mine,
in Versoix, near Geneva, Switzerland. There, he
kept a garage full of exotic cars, in the mid-seventies.
When he was in Qatar, the Swiss chauffeur would
let me in to look at them. The most impressive, to me,
were his 1959 and 1960 Eldorado Brougham models
